Privacy Policy

Here at Phame Photo Booths, we take your privacy very seriously. We do not sell your information or photos to third parties. If you would like to have a password on your gallery or would like to take any photos off a gallery please don't hesitate to contact us.

Terms Of Service

Service Period

The service period will be from Start until End Time (listed above) on the date (listed above). Phame PB agrees to have a photo booth operational for the full duration of your rental; occasionally operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photo booth.

Payment

A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total cost is due upon receiving your invoice to guarantee your date. The remaining amount is due 7 days in advance of your event date. If the client uses equipment in excess of the service period agreed to in the invoice below, the overage in rental time will be billed to the client at the following rates:$150/hr. Payment for any overage in time must be paid before additional hours are provided. Client agrees that in addition to any and all other legal rights and remedies Phame PB may have. Client will pay a $50 fee for all returned checks. Please make checks payable to Phame PB, send to 761 Mabury Rd. Suite #40 San Jose, CA 95133.

Access, Space & Power for Photo Booth

Client will arrange for an appropriate leveled space for the photo booth at the venue (5’L x 6’W x 7’ H) Client is also responsible for providing power (110V 10A, 3 prong outlet) If the event is outdoors, the space myst be DRY and not in direct sunlight (covered area a must for safe operation of the photo booth)

Event Food Service

Client agrees to provide a suitable meal (not necessarily the meal served to guests) for the onsite attendant if contracted coverage extends through a meal service or coverage is 4 hours or longer.

Damage to Phame PB's Equipment

Client acknowledge that they shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Phame PB's  Photo Booth equipment caused by any misuse of the equipment by Client(s) or its guests or theft.

Date Changes & Cancellations

Any requests for a date change must be made in writing at least 2 weeks in advance of the original event date. Changes in reservation are subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be refunded. Any cancellations occurring less than 2 weeks prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.

Miscellaneous Terms

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, then that provision or portion thereof shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions or portions thereof. This is the entire agreement between Phame PB  and Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing and signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between parties, Client agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration. In the event Phame PB is unable to supply a working booth for at least 80% of the Service Period, Client shall be refunded a prorated amount based on the amount of service received. If the printer fails to print out photos on site, Phame PB will be allowed to reprint photos and send to the client after the event. ​
